Credit Officer

We are looking for a Credit Manager/Credit Senior Manager/Credit Branch Head for our own company Direct Credit Pvt. Ltd.

Location- Noida sector 75

Experience - 5 Years+
Salary - Depend on Experience and interview

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Evaluate and analyze loan applications (personal, business, SME, Retail, Mortgage).

compliance Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.) and ensure compliance with credit policies.

2. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.

Prepare credit appraisal memos with accurate risk analysis and present them for approval.

3. Monitor disbursal status and ensure timely closure of pending documentation.

4. Maintain MIS and trackers related to loan applications, approvals, and disbursals.

5. Identify and highlight potential risks in applications.

Ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Finance is a plus.

5 +years of experience in credit underwriting or loan processing, preferably in NBFCs or Banks.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in handling unsecured business loans, personal loans, or MSME segment.

Knowledge of credit bureau reports (e.g., CIBIL, Experian).

Familiarity with local market and customer profiles.
