Credit Card Sales Executive – Apollo-SBI Credit Cards

🔎 Role Overview:

As a Credit Card Sales Executive, you will represent the Apollo-SBI Credit Card partnership and drive in-store and field-based customer acquisition. Your role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, explaining card benefits, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🏪 In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)

• Engage with walk-in pharmacy customers to offer suitable SBI credit card products

• Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding

🚶‍♂️ Field Sales

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch SBI credit cards

• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement

• Follow up on leads and close sales within defined turnaround time (TAT)

🗂️ Operational

• Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, applications, and sales conversions

• Coordinate with backend teams for timely application approval and customer onboarding

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory norms during documentation and sales

📆 Experience:

• 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales
  💡 Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Preferred: Graduate

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Confidence in approaching customers directly

• Strong sales and negotiation ability

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC processes

• Self-driven and target-oriented

• Local language proficiency is an added advantage
