Job Title: Retail Credit Card Sales Executive (SBI Cards – Apollo Pharmacy)

Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable SBI credit card offerings.
Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to promote credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up on leads and close sales within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
Operational:
Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for approvals and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. (Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in direct customer interactions.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
