About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and goal-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves both in-store sales at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and field sales in residential and commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage walk-in customers to promote suitable credit card offerings.

• Clearly explain features, eligibility, and benefits of credit cards.

• Collect and verify customer documents in line with KYC norms.

• Ensure proper visibility of promotional materials at the store.

Field Sales:

• Visit local areas, offices, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calls, footfall engagement, and referrals.

• Follow up on leads and close sales within defined turnaround times.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card/financial product sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive and confident in direct customer engagement.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms.
