The In-Store Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products (such as co-branded cards) at Apollo Pharmacy outlets. This customer-facing role is critical in generating leads, driving conversions, and providing excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance with KYC norms and product eligibility criteria.
· Engage proactively with walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy outlets to promote suitable financial products.
· Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and the application process in a clear and professional manner.
· Assist interested customers in completing the application process.
· Collect and verify necessary documents as per the Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
· Ensure accurate data entry and submission of application forms.
· Maintain a high standard of customer service and build long-term relationships.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
· Coordinate with backend teams for timely processing and issue resolution.
· Maintain a daily log of leads, conversions, and feedback.
· Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Operational/Field Sales – Individual Contributor
Embedded within the Apollo Pharmacy ecosystem, this role bridges the gap between healthcare retail and financial services by offering relevant card products to pharmacy customers. Enables convenience for customers and promotes financial inclusion.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Sales aptitude with persuasive abilities
· Basic knowledge of financial products
· Ability to handle objections and queries
· Attention to detail for document verification
· Familiarity with digital devices for data entry
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services or retail
• Freshers with a strong sales attitude may apply
• On-site at Apollo Pharmacy locations
• 6-day work week (including weekends)
• Rotational shifts based on store hours
