Sales Executive-CREDIT CARD-Support (D0) The Credit Card Sales Sales Executive is responsible for driving credit card acquisition through a team of Sales Executives and channel SRMs/DSTs. The role focuses on achieving business targets, managing team productivity, ensuring compliance, and building strong channel partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire new credit card Source and acquire new credit card customers through branch banking and open market activities. Generate leads from existing bank customer Generate leads from existing bank customer databases and walk-in customers. Explain product features, benefits Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers. Ensure end-to-end completion Ensure end-to-end completion of customer application forms and required documentation. Maintain daily sales productivity and achieve assigned monthly targets. Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers for lead generation and conversions. Compliance and process guidelines Ensure adherence to bank compliance and process guidelines. Maintain proper follow-up Maintain proper follow-up on pending applications for higher conversion ratios. Participate in sales campaigns Participate in sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities launched by the bank. Experience Level Executive Level
