Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students/clients regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

• Conduct Regular training sessions / workshops as per curriculum.

• Maintain training records and progress reports.

• Resolve queries and provide academic guidance to learners.

• Support marketing and admissions activities when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in computer / Relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Counsellor/Trainer.

• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
