Aesthetic Counsellor – Skinroots Clinic | Skin Treatments & Hair Transplant

Skinroots Clinic, a leading center specializing in advanced skin treatments and hair transplant procedures, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients regarding hair and skin treatment options, clearly explaining procedures, expected outcomes, and addressing concerns to ensure informed decisions.

• Employ a sales-driven approach with excellent persuasion skills to increase patient consultations, treatment bookings, and overall clinic revenue.

• Manage patient queries, develop detailed treatment plans, and conduct follow-up consultations to maximize patient satisfaction and treatment success.

• Oversee daily operations, supervise clinic staff performance, and ensure efficient workflow to maintain a high standard of service.

• Maintain exceptional customer experience and uphold the clinic’s commitment to quality care and patient safety.

• Track and analyze daily and weekly sales targets, implementing strategic initiatives to boost clinic footfall and conversion rates.

• Facilitate seamless coordination among doctors, therapists, and front-desk personnel to provide integrated patient management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in clinic management, preferably in dermatology, aesthetic skin care, hair transplant clinics or wellness sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.

• Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and enhance clinic performance.

• Leadership skills to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM or clinic management software is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
