Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Department: Call Centre

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days & Timings

6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Tele Counsellors for our Domestic Call Centre process. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining course details, guiding them regarding career opportunities, and assisting them throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads

Provide detailed information about courses and training programs

Counsel candidates and address their queries effectively

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions

Update and maintain accurate records in the system

Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate preferred

Undergraduates may apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)

6 months to 8 years of experience in Telecalling / Tele Counselling / Lead Generation

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Additional Information

No field work required

Compensation

Salary up to ₹35,000 (In-hand), based on experience and interview performance
