Counsellor

We are looking for a Study Visa Counsellor for our immigration office. The role involves guiding students regarding study abroad opportunities, handling applications, coordinating with universities, and supporting clients throughout the visa process. Good communication and counselling skills are required.

• Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and efficiently handle customer calls.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and conduct follow-ups as needed.

  • Provide accurate information to assist customers in resolving their concerns.

  • Achieve performance targets and collaborate with other departments to address complex matters.

  Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must meet the minimum qualification and experience criteria.

  • Responsible for addressing customer questions, resolving complaints, and escalating complicated issues when required.
