The Student Counsellor cum Admin & Sales Executive will play a hybrid role involving student counselling, admissions sales, and administrative coordination. The position requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and strong organisational capabilities. The ideal candidate will handle student enquiries, guide prospects through course options, support daily campus administration, and contribute to achieving admission targets for KSE.
Counsel prospective students and parents on various courses offered at KSE.
Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable academic programs.
Provide information on career opportunities in Hospitality, Culinary, Aviation, Tourism, and related fields.
Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, labs, classrooms, and training modules.
Maintain lead databases, ensure timely follow-ups, and meet monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Assist in organising admission drives, events, seminars, and educational fairs.
Represent KSE at external events, school visits, and career exhibitions.
Oversee daily front desk activities such as student attendance, enquiry handling, and routine communication.
Handle documentation, file management, and record keeping of admissions, student forms, and academic data.
Coordinate with faculty, kitchen labs, and F&B departments for smooth daily operations.
Assist in scheduling classes, maintaining student lists, and updating notice boards.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations including stationary, maintenance, and basic coordination.
Act as the first point of contact for student queries, grievances, and welfare concerns.
Coordinate between students, faculty, and management to resolve issues.
Participate in student orientation, events, workshops, and campus activities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Maintain professional communication across email, WhatsApp, and phone channels.
Submit student counselling reports and lead status updates to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Education / Any relevant field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good command over English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
Ability to counsel, handle pressure, and meet targets.
Organised, disciplined, and proactive in administration.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email drafting, CRM entry).
Pleasant personality with a student-friendly attitude.
1–3 years of experience in counselling, office administration, customer service, or education sales.
Experience in hospitality or educational institutes is preferred.
