Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor who can guide aspiring students in building a career in Investment Banking and Finance. The role involves counseling, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on career opportunities in Investment Banking, Financial Modeling, and related domains
Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins)
Explain course structure, curriculum, fees, and placement opportunities
Understand student needs and recommend the right program
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads regularly
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred)
1–3 years of experience in counseling / sales / education industry
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
