INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY is currently seeking a Counsellor to join our team, who will play a key role in guiding prospective students and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Guide prospective students through the admission and application process.

2. Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life.

3. Evaluate applications and make recommendations for admission decisions.

4. Offer counselling and support to students and their families.

5. Represent the institute at educational fairs, schools, and recruitment events.

6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.

7. Maintain accurate records and communicate with applicants about their admission status.

8. Contribute to achieving enrolment targets while ensuring ethical standards and diversity practices.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream).

• Background: CBSE background preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience, including 1 year in student counselling/admissions.

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
