Job Summary

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT) is seeking a dedicated and well-spoken Admission / Academic Counsellor to support student admissions and provide academic guidance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and prior experience in counselling or admissions within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent inquiries related to courses, admissions, and institute offerings

• Guide prospective students through the admission and enrolment process

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs

• Manage walk-in enquiries, telephonic counselling, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-up interactions

• Represent the institute professionally and ensure a positive counselling experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, admissions, or educational support roles

• Educational background from CBSE / ICSE curriculum preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, approachable personality with a student-friendly attitude

• Ability to work independently and meet admission targets
