Counsellor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Consultant to join our team for Creo software training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students and working professionals, managing training inquiries, coordinating batches, and building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Counsel prospective students and working professionals on Creo training programs and career opportunities.

•             Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries and convert them into successful enrollments.

•             Coordinate training batches, schedules, faculty assignments, and student support.

•             Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training & placement cells, and corporate clients for lead generation and business development.

•             Assist in executing marketing strategies for training programs through digital platforms, events, and campaigns.

•             Maintain proper documentation and reporting of leads, conversions, and feedback.

•             Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high-quality training delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Background in engineering or management is an advantage.

•             2–5 years of experience in counseling, student enrollment, or training consultancy.

•             Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

•             Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

•             Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

•             Target-driven and customer-focused approach.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
