Sales Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to convert enquiries into appointments and treatment bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive without being pushy, and have a passion for helping patients choose the right aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, website, and walk-in enquiries.

• Explain clinic services, treatment benefits, offers, and packages.

• Convert enquiries into consultation appointments.

• Follow up with interested patients until conversion.

• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

• Address patient concerns regarding treatments, pricing, downtime, and expected results.

• Coordinate with doctors and front desk for appointment scheduling.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

• Follow up with missed appointments and inactive patients.

• Upsell and cross-sell suitable treatments to existing patients.

• Achieve monthly appointment and revenue targets.

• Build long-term patient relationships through regular follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good listening and objection-handling skills.

• Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM).

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Healthcare Sales.

• Experience in Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatology, Cosmetic Clinics, Dental Clinics, Wellness Centres, or Luxury Retail will be preferred.
