Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Counsellor manages patient inquiries, explains healthcare services, and converts leads into confirmed appointments or procedures. The role focuses on guiding patients, building trust, and ensuring a smooth consultation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins.
Educate patients about treatments, procedures, benefits, and recovery timelines.
Schedule doctor consultations and diagnostic appointments.
Explain treatment costs, packages, and payment options.
Follow up with leads and maintain patient records in CRM.
Coordinate with doctors and operations teams for smooth patient experience.

Skills Required

Strong communication and counselling skills
Patient-focused and empathetic approach
Good sales and conversion ability
Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Any relevant field
1–3 years experience in healthcare counselling or patient coordination preferred
