We are seeking a Counselor with 1 to 3 years of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead conversion, and driving admissions for our digital marketing courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential students through calls, emails, and social media.
Student Counseling: Understand career goals, provide course details, and recommend suitable training programs.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
Follow-ups & Closing Deals: Engage with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
CRM & Database Management: Maintain lead records and track sales progress.
Market Research: Stay updated with trends in digital marketing education to refine sales strategies.
