Key Responsibilities and Duties

​Client Consultation and Assessment: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, assess their eligibility for different visa categories, and advise them on the best visa options based on their profile and goals.

​Documentation and Application Support: Guide clients in gathering, preparing, and organizing all necessary documents, such as passports, financial records, educational transcripts, and employment letters. Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness to prevent delays or rejections.

​Knowledge of Laws and Policies: Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, policies, and visa regulations of various countries. Provide accurate and current information to clients.

​Application Submission and Liaison: Assist with the completion and submission of visa applications to the relevant embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. Act as a liaison between the client and these authorities.

​Interview Preparation: Help clients prepare for visa interviews by providing guidance on common questions, what to expect, and how to present themselves confidently and professionally.

​Case Management: Maintain detailed and organized records of each client's case, including all correspondence, documents, and application status.

​Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the application process, such as a request for additional information or a visa refusal. Provide advice and assistance to resolve these problems.

​Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely manner and keeping them informed about the status of their application.

​Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties like filing, data entry, and managing a client database.

​Qualifications and Skills

​Education: 12th/Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

​Experience: Previous experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or a similar advisory role is highly desirable.

​Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration laws, and the application processes for different countries.

​Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, colleagues, and immigration authorities.

​Attention to Detail: The ability to be highly accurate and meticulous is crucial for reviewing and preparing documents.

​Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple client cases and adhere to deadlines.

​Problem-Solving: A solution-oriented approach and the ability to navigate complex and often stressful situations are key.
