📝 Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Counselor for Dermadefyn Skin Clinic. The primary role is to handle walk-in clients, understand their skin concerns, explain treatments and packages, and convert inquiries into successful sales while ensuring an excellent client experience.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Consultation
Greet walk-in clients and build rapport professionally.
Understand customer concerns and suggest suitable treatments/packages.
Coordinate with dermatologists and aestheticians for client assessments.
Ensure smooth client flow and maintain service quality standards.
Sales & Conversion
Explain treatment plans, pricing, offers, EMI options and benefits clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets through package upgrades, cross-selling, and follow-ups.
Offer customized solutions based on skin concerns and client goals.
Maintain a high conversion ratio for walk-ins, leads & follow-ups.
Lead & CRM Management
Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, inquiry calls, and clinic CRM software.
Maintain updated client database and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track leads, conversions, renewals, and pending clients.
Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure clients feel valued and taken care of throughout their journey.
Handle escalations professionally and coordinate for resolutions.
Encourage clients to book repeat treatments, memberships, and long-term plans.
📌 Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Sales confidence and strong persuasion skills
Good grooming and professional presentation
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Knowledge of skin, laser, or cosmetic treatments (preferred but not mandatory)
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum: Graduation (Any stream)
Experience: 1–3 years in a skin clinic, salon, aesthetic center, hospitality, or sales role preferred.
