Role & Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective leads via calls and face-to-face counselling
• Guide students and working professionals toward the most suitable company's programs
• Convert leads into enrollments and provide ongoing support throughout the
course
• Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for smooth onboarding
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling telephonic calls and in-person consultations
• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
