IVF Counsellor (Female Candidate Preferred)

Education:

Graduation

Work Location:

Gurugram | Rohtak | Rewari

Experience:

1–5 Years (IVF / Healthcare Experience Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call leads of prospective patients as per daily targets.

• Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI, fertility treatments, and related procedures.

• Resolve patient queries and provide complete treatment information.

• Maintain patient records and update CRM on a regular basis.

• Track patient pipeline and share conversion status reports.

• Coordinate appointments between doctors and patients.

• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial packages to patients.

• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.

• Manage departmental operations and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to improve consultation and treatment conversions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Strong follow-up and patient handling abilities.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Positive attitude and patient-centric approach.

Centre Timings:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Thursday
