Key Roles and Responsibilities:
● Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities, including course and university selection, application procedures, and visa requirements.
● Application Assistance: Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, including writing personal statements, securing references, and completing necessary documentation.
● Career Guidance: Offer insights into various career paths based on the student’s academic interests and professional goals, helping them make informed decisions about their education abroad.
● Information Sessions: Conduct information sessions and webinars for students and their families, addressing concerns and providing detailed explanations about studying abroad.
● Process Management: Manage the entire student application process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students.
● Visa Assistance: Guide students through the visa application process, including documentation, interview preparation, and follow-ups.
● Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in overseas education, including changes in visa regulations, admission criteria, and popular study destinations.
● Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with students to monitor their progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their application journey.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to counseling and client satisfaction.
