We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and drive corporate partnerships and bulk membership sales for our gym. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting corporate clients including MNCs, startups, and mid-sized companies. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong B2B relationships, and increasing revenue through bulk gym memberships.
Identify and target potential corporate clients for gym membership tie-ups
Conduct visits to corporate offices, MNCs, and business parks to pitch membership plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and admin departments of companies
Prepare customized corporate membership proposals based on client needs
Negotiate and close corporate deals and ensure proper onboarding of employees
Coordinate with the gym’s internal team for seamless membership activations
Attend networking events, business expos, and wellness fairs for lead generation
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, healthcare, or similar industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong local corporate network is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
