The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales & Events Manager to be the bridge between our brand, our partners, and the market. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales through corporate channels while strategically planning and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and partner events. Your role is crucial in expanding our market leadership and ensuring our partners in excellence have the tools and support to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Exhibition Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute Jolly's participation in national and regional trade shows, industry exhibitions, and corporate events. Manage all logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and on-site operations to maximize brand impact and lead generation.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for our distributor network and vendor partners. Foster strong, collaborative relationships, conduct training sessions, and ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and marketing collateral.
Corporate Sales Development: Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients in key sectors such as real estate development, architectural firms, hospitality groups, and large-scale construction projects.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts and specifiers. Understand their project needs and position Jolly's crafted collections as the premier solution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop event strategies, sales tools, and promotional campaigns that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record (3-5+ years) in corporate sales/B2B sales, preferably in construction, hardware, building materials, or related industries.
Solid experience in event management, exhibition planning, and vendor coordination.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple events and sales pipelines simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
A self-starter who thrives in a legacy-driven yet progressive environment.
