We are looking for a dynamic and confident Public Relations / Liaison Executive to manage communication, coordination, and representation with senior government officials and departments. The ideal candidate should be articulate, well-presented, and capable of maintaining strong professional relationships while upholding the organization’s reputation.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government departments/officers (IAS, WBCS, etc.).
Handle official communication, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and official documentation as required.
Maintain a professional and polished image in all interactions.
Assist in media relations, event coordination, and public outreach initiatives.
Monitor government notifications, events, and updates relevant to the organization.
Education: Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism (mandatory).
Personality: Outspoken, confident, and articulate.
Preferred Background: Convent-educated candidates will be given preference.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali (as applicable).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior government officials.
Excellent presentation and public-speaking abilities.
