Job Description
Asha Traexim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling E-commerce sales and B2B business development, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Sales:
Manage and grow sales through online platforms and marketplaces.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor product listings, pricing, and customer inquiries on e-commerce portals.
Handle customer follow-ups, order confirmations, and after-sales support.
B2B Sales:
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Present products/services to clients and negotiate pricing and terms.
Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for smooth execution of orders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (E-commerce or B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused attitude and ability to close deals
Basic knowledge of online selling platforms is an added advantage.
