Manager - Corporate Employee Solutions-Corporate Employee Solutions-Regional sales As a Manager in the Corporate Employee Solutions vertical, you will be responsible for driving business growth by enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across mapped branches. This role involves managing productivity, compliance, and profitability while building strong relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in promoting third-party products (TPPs) such as mutual funds and insurance, generating fee income, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position demands leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to branch administration and customer engagement. Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from corporate employees and mapped customers. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service standards across branches. Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products including: Mutual Funds (MF) Insurance products Generate fee income through strategic product offerings and customer engagement. Oversee branch administration and ensure operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Manage team productivity and foster a positive work environment. Take ownership of branch-level profitability and break-even performance. Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for product development and service enhancements. Monitor service delivery and resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times (TAT). Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
