The role requires field-based customer acquisition, document verification, coordination with bank officials, and achievement of assigned sales targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentSource and generate leads for bank products through field visits, referrals, and local networkingPromote bank products to individuals, self-employed persons, MSMEs, and corporatesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by managementConduct customer meetings, explain product features, interest rates, and benefits2. Bank Product PortfolioHandle sourcing and processing of:Business Loans / MSME LoansPersonal LoansHome Loans / LAPEducation LoansVehicle LoansCredit CardsCurrent Account & Savings Account (CASA)Insurance & Cross-Sell Products (where applicable)3. Documentation & File ProcessingCollect complete and accurate customer documents as per bank normsPre-verify KYC, income, business proof, and credit eligibilityPrepare and submit loan files through approved bank channelsMaintain proper record of applications and follow-up status4. Coordination & Follow-UpCoordinate with bank credit, operations, and legal teamsTrack application status until sanction and disbursementSupport customers during verification, valuation, and disbursement stages5. Compliance & EthicsFollow RBI guidelines, bank policies, and DSA compliance normsEnsure zero mis-selling and transparent communicationMaintain confidentiality of customer dataAvoid false commitments or document manipulation6.
