Key Responsibilities

• Email Handling: Read and respond to business emails effectively; maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and agents.

• Primary Contact: Serve as the main contact point for business inquiries and provide accurate, timely information about products, services, and rates.

• Incoming Calls and Messages: Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer queries efficiently.

• Social Media Management: Manage social media pages, create engaging posts, and respond to customer inquiries and comments.

• Product Catalogues and Rates: Share updated product catalogues and rate lists with customers.

• Barcode Sticker Printing: Use appropriate software and equipment to print barcode stickers for inventory and production identification.

• Microsoft Excel Skills: Use formulas, functions, and data manipulation for record keeping and reporting.

• Sales & Marketing Support: Capture product photos, create attractive social media posts, and use Photoshop or Canva to enhance product presentation and sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data management).

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar AI photo-editing software.

• Experience in barcode sticker printing and inventory management.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
