Community Manager

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented Community Manager to support our community engagement and mobilisation activities in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Job description:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Agriculture, Management, or a related discipline. The candidate must have 2 /3 year experience in in livelihood projects, rural development, community mobilisation, women’s empowerment, NGO programmes, CSR projects, or similar sectors. Candidate should have Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Chhattisgarhi will be an advantage.

Key Responsibities:

• Mobilise and engage existing and prospective beneficiaries for the company's goat entrepreneurship and livelihood development projects.

• Create awareness about project objectives, benefits, eligibility criteria, and operational processes among rural communities.

• Organise and conduct beneficiary orientation, training sessions, and awareness programmes at the Raipur office.

• Build strong relationships with beneficiaries, understand their concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups and support.

• Coordinate beneficiary onboarding, documentation, data collection, and project-related activities.

• Maintain and update beneficiary databases, attendance records, training details, and engagement reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams, SHGs, FPOs, NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor beneficiary participation, collect feedback, and report project progress and challenges to management.

• Undertake occasional field visits to project locations for beneficiary mobilisation, meetings, and monitoring activities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
