Job Description
We are looking for experienced Branch Managers to manage branch operations, collection activities and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations and collection activities.
Ensure timely banking and deposit of collections.
Monitor branch collection targets and team performance.
Handle NPA accounts and coordinate vehicle seizure/repossessions.
Ensure regular follow-up on overdue accounts.
Coordinate with collection and recovery teams.
Maintain daily reports
Ensure smooth branch functioning and operational discipline.
Skills Required:
Experience in automobile finance, vehicle loans or collections.
Knowledge of NPA management and vehicle repossession.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Candidates: Local candidates from Kanpur with relevant experience in automobile finance, collections or recovery.
