Collection Executive

We are looking for an experienced Collection Executive to manage Business Loan and Vehicle Loan recovery for our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan collections, negotiation skills, and a strong ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for timely recovery of Business Loans and Vehicle Loans.

• Visit customers for overdue payments and ensure on-time collection.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and update payment status.

• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes related to loan repayments.

• Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan collection (Business/Vehicle Loan preferred).

• Good communication & negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for collections.

• Knowledge of legal collection procedures will be an added advantage.
