Key Responsibilities:  Contact customers via calls, emails, or visits to follow up on overdue payments  Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances and collection activities  Negotiate payment schedules and settlements  Resolve billing disputes and customer queries  Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams Salary & Benefits:     Fresher’s: 15000-17000 Experienced: 20000-21000 per month (Negotiable) Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month Benefits: PF & ESI ,Fuel, Accommodation, Fooding
