Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for due or overdue payments via calls and field visits.

• Ensure timely collection of EMIs and maintain recovery targets.

• Resolve customer queries and provide payment solutions.

• Maintain daily collection reports and update payment status in system.

• Coordinate with team and seniors on difficult cases.

• Verify customer addresses if required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• Prior experience in loan collections or recovery preferred.

• Good communication skills in local language and Hindi.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must (for field role).

• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and reports.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
