- Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per order

- Maintain delivery challans and records

- Handle returns or damaged goods carefully

Payment Collection:

- Collect payments from chemists and clients in the assigned area

- Follow up on overdue or pending bills via calls and visits

- Prepare daily collection reports and submit to office

- Manage cash and payment receipts responsibly
