Job Summary
● We are hiring Field Collections Executives with prior experience in collections and recovery. The
ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and customer-handling skills. Graduation and a
valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate are mandatory for this role.
● Key Responsibilities
● Visit customers to collect overdue payments across various financial products.
● Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
● Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.
● Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
● Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
● Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries.
● Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
