Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive responsible for managing customer collections, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls and field visits for payment collection.

- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs/payments.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.

- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers where applicable.

- Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending and difficult cases.

- Submit daily collection reports and update the collection status.

- Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and as per company policies.

Requirements

- Graduate/12th Pass preferred.

- 0–2 years of experience in collections, field sales, recovery, or NBFC/banking preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field work and customer interaction.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office/apps.
