Job Description

Debtfix Associates is hiring Collection Executives for our Ernakulam operations. The role involves customer communication, field visits, payment follow-up, and maintaining collection records for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customer locations for payment follow-up.

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and repayment schedules.

• Follow up on assigned accounts and update payment status.

• Maintain daily visit and collection records.

• Coordinate with the office team regarding customer responses and payments.

• Submit regular activity and collection reports.

• Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining professional customer communication.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / equivalent

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Basic smartphone knowledge required.

• Experience in collection, field sales, banking, NBFC, recovery, or customer service is an advantage.

• Freshers with suitable communication skills may also apply.
