Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for domestic debt collection.

Communicate politely and professionally in Hindi & Basic English.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Follow company processes and compliance guidelines while handling customer data.

Achieve assigned collection targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Coordinate with team leaders for escalations and resolutions.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Previous experience in tele-calling/collections/customer support will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Incentives available based on collection performance.

Work Timings:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

6 days working (Sunday off)
