Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for VMC / CNC machines.
Visit customers to understand their machining and production requirements.
Present machine specifications, features, and benefits through product demos and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with technical, service, and production teams for order finalization and execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
Collect customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvement.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and follow-up records.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in VMC / CNC machine or capital equipment sales.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
