JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLUSTER MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular centre audits

• Handling collections and supporting field teams

• Ensuring curriculum implementation across centres

• Reviewing ERP entries and maintaining system hygiene

• Managing documentation and centre-level compliance

• Handling collections and supporting field teams

• Track and analyze performance metrics such as admissions, attrition, staff performance, and financials.

• Weekly centre visits and performance reviews

Note:

This is a full-time position

No hybrid or no work-from-home options available

Job Type: Permanent

Work Location: In person

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday).
