Key Responsibilities of Cluster Manager:• Conducting regular centre audits• Handling collections and supporting field teams• Ensuring curriculum implementation across centres• Reviewing ERP entries and maintaining system hygiene• Managing documentation and centre-level compliance• Handling collections and supporting field teams• Track and analyze performance metrics such as admissions, attrition, staff performance, and financials.• Weekly centre visits and performance reviewsNote:This is a full-time position, field work.No hybrid or work-from-home options available Job Type: Permanent *Work Location:* In person *Time shift :* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM *Working Days:* Monday - Saturday *Salary bracket :* 20K - 30K monthly. *Location:* Vadodara
