1. Performance Management
Monitor day-to-day tasks and overall store operations.
Ensure all stores open and operate as per scheduled timings.
Conduct outlet visits every day and every 15 days share reports with the HR team.
Ensure Store Managers perform their duties with accountability and dedication.
Ensure Store Managers are highly motivated to perform well and if requires then provide necessary training to boost their performance.
Ensure store cleaning and hygiene is properly maintained.
2. Team Management & Discipline
Ensure Store Managers obtain prior approval for leave (except in emergencies or health issues), keeping HR informed.
Maintain discipline and operational consistency across all outlets.
3. Training & Development
Provide training to all new joiners.
Maintain a structured training tracker with defined checkpoints and progress records.
Attend and actively participate in monthly meetings.
To address grievances related to Sales of Stores and Operations.
