MACV is a sunglass brand focused on delivering quality eyewear and an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee sales and operations across multiple locations, drive revenue growth, and lead our sales teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Management: Achieve sales targets across assigned stores or airport outlets and develop strategies to increase revenue.

• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide sales executives and store staff to achieve individual and team targets.

• Multi-Location Operations: Manage the day-to-day sales and operations of multiple outlets within the assigned cluster.

• Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales, conversion rates, inventory movement, and team performance.

• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Training & Development: Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and upselling.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product displays to ensure smooth operations.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share performance updates with senior management.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve outlet performance, and strengthen the brand's presence.

• Compliance: Ensure all outlets follow company policies, operational procedures, and airport-specific regulations wherever applicable.
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or multi-outlet management.

• Experience in retail, eyewear, fashion accessories, FMCG, or airport retail will be an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve revenue targets.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of sales reports, MS Excel, and performance tracking.

• Ability to travel between assigned outlets and manage multiple locations.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• Performance-based incentives may be offered, subject to company policy.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
