Job Description

Role Purpose:

To lead and manage a group of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in the Assigned Cluster, ensuring each store delivers on sales, customer service, operational standards, and Brand presentation. The Cluster Manager is responsible for supporting and developing Store Managers, driving consistent execution of retail KPIs, and ensuring that each store reflects Brand Values and Visual Identity while achieving Business Targets.

Minimum Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent and Experience Range.2 to 4 years.

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Strong leadership and coaching ability with hands-on store experience.

Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of retail KPIs and store profitability ü Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and retail systems (POS, stock tools).
