Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5–10 Business Development Executives/Managers.

• Drive branch sales targets across insurance, investments, and banking products.

• Plan and execute business strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.

• Monitor team performance, conduct training, and support daily operations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Generate new business through alliances, referrals, and local market activities.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate; experience in financial services or insurance sector preferred.

• Proven team-handling and leadership skills.
