Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Sales Management
Target Achievement: Own and deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual top-line sales and EBITDA targets for the entire cluster.
Budget Planning: Participate in yearly sales budget planning and distribute localized targets by analyzing area potential.
Margin & Discount Control: Monitor and control discounting to ensure the company achieves its target Average Selling Price (ASP) and gross margins.
Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee inventory levels, age-profile of stock, and drive the swift clearance of End-of-Life (EOL) models. [1, 2]
2. Store Operations & Compliance
SOP Adherence: Conduct regular audits to guarantee 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and loss-prevention protocols. [1, 2]
Visual Merchandising: Ensure consistent and impactful visual merchandising across all cluster stores in alignment with brand guidelines. [1, 2]
Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to resolve equipment or structural issues quickly. [1]
3. Marketing & Market Intelligence
Local Activation: Implement promotional events and campaigns in coordination with the central marketing team.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local market trends to identify new growth opportunities. [1, 2, 3]
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for Store Managers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and objective performance evaluations.
Recruitment & Training: Lead the hiring process for store staff and spearhead training initiatives focused on product knowledge, customer centricity, and compliance.
