We are looking for a Field Service engineer for 2WL EV_ to manage on-ground operations for EV battery deployment, Collection and support. If you have experience in field operations and an interest in the EV industry, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, inspection, and servicing 2-wheeler Moter of EVs at customer locations and Warehouse
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to motor, controller, and electrical systems.
3. Handle preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
4. Support customers with on-site technical assistance and resolve complaints efficiently.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and escalations.
6. Maintain proper service reports, documentation, and daily activity logs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines during field operations.
7. Conduct basic training or demonstrations for customers/dealers if required.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components.
2. Basic understanding of battery management systems (BMS).
3. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and electrical troubleshooting.
4. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
5. Ability to work in field conditions and travel locally.

Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

Salary & Benefits:
· ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 (In-hand) As per the location + TA/DA + Incentives + Insurance

Experience:
1–2 years of experience in EV / automobile service / electrical field service (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
