Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Department: Client Servicing and Govt. Department
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
	•	Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients.
	•	Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
	•	Monitor client preferences and feedback to improve services.
	•	Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
	•	Manage database, track leads, and follow up of pipelines cases.
	•	Prepare regular reports on client status and satisfaction.
	•	Maintain after-sales communication to ensure customer retention and upselling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
	•	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
	•	Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
	•	Good organizational and time management skills.
	•	Fluency in Hindi and English
